The breakfast buffet provided a delightful selection of fresh pastries and coffee each morning, making the start of the day enjoyable.
The bathroom, while clean, needs maintenance. the shower head was loose and the tiles near the toilet showed signs of wear.

missingWrote a review on Oct 12bathroom issuespoor breakfast
i had high hopes for my stay, but the bathroom was lacking basic amenities like shampoo, and honestly, the breakfast was a joke. they didn’t even offer me a room upgrade after all my troubles! if only the staff could be there sometimes, perhaps they might’ve noticed the bugs crawling around. i almost considered a decent review, but just couldn’t.

The location is ideal for visiting the Leaning Tower.
I found the bathroom facilities unacceptable. the shower was almost falling apart and lacked basic amenities. the breakfast was disappointingly minimal, consisting only of coffee and a single pastry. Communication with the staff was poor, as I couldn't reach anyone for assistance when I needed help with my stay.

My kids wished for a safer bathroom setup.

The room was quite spacious and clean, which was nice. I liked the quaint charm of the spiral staircase leading up to the room. The bed was comfy, but it had two single mattresses pushed together which felt a bit odd. The bathroom was decent but could use some attention, and the wifi was a bit slow at times. I enjoyed the cozy vibe and proximity to everything we wanted to see.

Charming Stay with Personal Touch
A lovely experience, especially with the host's attention to detail. The personalized map marking attractions and the recommendation to a hidden pasta gem made our trip special. The large room offered tranquility after bustling days. Make sure to ask about local dining spots for authentic cuisine.

We had a blast staying here! The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw from the famous tower. Our room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast, especially the strong coffee. Check out the nearby restaurants for great meals, and don't miss visiting the cathedral while you're in town!
We initially struggled to find the place since the sign is small and easy to miss. The lack of a lift can be tricky if you're carrying luggage, but we managed in the end.
